KERUPUK ( Crackers ) -----> The example of Report text

            Do you know what is kerupuk? If you are Indonesian, i'm sure you know exactly what is kerupuk. Kerupuk is a kind of typical culinary of Indonesia. In English it is known as crackers. It's a snack food made from dough of flour tapioca mix ingredients taste like shrimp or fish. Kerupuk are made by steaming batter before being cut into thin, then dried in the sun and finally fried with cooking oil. The taste of kerupuk is so delicious, crispy and crunchy. Kerupuk are often consume as a complement of daily meal. Usually it is cracked or sprinkled on the top of certain Indonesian food such as nasi goreng (fried rice), bakso (meatball), gado-gado etc to add crispy texture or for topping.
                    There are numbers variations of kerupuk in Indonesia, many of which are made from seafood (shrimp,fish or squid), but occasionally made from rice or vegetables. For the examples, the kind of kerupuk are such as kerupuk udang (shrimp crackers), kerupuk bawang (onion crackers), kerupuk gendar (rice crackers), kerupuk kentang (potato crackers) etc. The name of those several kind of kerupuk are usually taken from what the material to made it like as the onion crackers, it's mean that the crackers made by onion. Those kind of kerupuk are ubiquitous in Indonesia with inexpensive price. That's why it is very easy to buy kerupuk because kerupuk are available in everywhere.
                  We have to store kerupuk in a low humidity environment or in the airtight container to keep the crispiness of kerupuk. If it's left in the open air for more than a few hours, kerupuk will start to soften and chewy. That's will make kerupuk is no longer delicious anymore to eat. Therefore kerupuk is ideally consumed whitin a few hours of being fried to taste the crispiness of the kerupuk itself.

TEMPE ( Soy Bean Cake ) ==> Example of Report Text

                      Who doesn't know tempe? Tempe is a kind of traditional food from Indonesia which made from fermented soy beans and mixed with yeast. It's very popular food in Indonesia because the price of tempe are so cheap and almost everyone consume it everyday
                Nowadays, tempe are not only consume widely in Indonesia but also has consumed worldwide. Many vegetarians around the world are using tempe as a meat substitute. This inexpensive food is contain of many good nutrients for human body. A piece of fried tempe or about 50grams is sufficient to improve the nutritional quality of 200grams of rice and it's good enough to be consumed by children under five. 
                 Tempe also contain of antioxidant in isoflavones form. Isoflavone is a kind of antioxidants which is needed by the human body to stop the reaction of free radical formation. A scientific research said that tempe also can overcome the ulcer disease. The protein that contained in tempe is ready to absorbed the body because it has been digested first by the mold ( fungi ) and that make it easier for the stomach to digest.
                 Beside the health value that we can get from consumption of tempe, we also can enjoy tempe into a delicious menu. In Indonesia there are so many various food that made from tempe. The simple one is fried tempe, or we can make it into another traditional foods of Indonesia such as tempe bacem, orak arik tempe, etc. It's also can make into such a yummy snack like chips called keripik tempe. Not only made as a tasty traditional food but also can make as a modern food like tempe burger. we just replace the bread for the burger with tempe, sounds interesting and nice to try, isn't it?
